The Wharton Alumni Club of the National Capital Region is thrilled to invite Wharton graduates in the region to our Annual Summer Bash, a night of networking, learning, and celebration. This year, we are honored to have Wharton alumna Kim Bolt WG’13, a distinguished marketing executive, as our keynote speaker.
Kim will delve into the pivotal role of consumer insights in shaping brand strategies across diverse industries, with a special focus on sports. She will also share surprising lessons from her remarkable career journey. Kim is the founder and owner of Bolt of Marketing, a marketing strategy firm for sports and consumer brands. Before founding her company, she was the Chief Marketing Officer of the Washington Nationals where she led a brand transformation and increased attendance and revenue by 20%. Prior, Kim led growth strategy at National Geographic and headed up marketing for Under Armour's Connected Fitness division (MyFitnessPal, MapMyRun, and HOVR Connected Footwear), in addition to various product and brand marketing roles at Lyft, ClassPass, and Google.
