Business owners face an ever-changing and complex business landscape, where competition can be intense, and the labor market is challenging. Peer-to-peer mentoring groups can help CEOs and entrepreneurs accelerate their personal and professional growth by allowing members to share different perspectives and develop a support network. The Wharton Business Owner Affiliate Group will comprise 15 members who meet monthly to discuss salient business topics across a variety of different industries.
