Business Owners and CEOs

Are you a Wharton alum CEO, Business Owner or Executive Director in the National Capital Region? It’s lonely at the top! A group of 17 CEOs and business owners gathered last month to discuss how this group will operate and we would love for you to join us at future meetings.

We will gather monthly for coffee for 1½ hours from 8 to 9:30am on the second Tuesday of the month.  It’s an opportunity to build relationships with other alums who are running their own businesses and share resources, best practices, and business issues.

We will be limiting every meeting to 20 participants, so you’ll want to sign up early!  We will keep a wait list as well. There is a nominal fee of $10 per meeting for Wharton NCR members (join now if you haven’t done so yet) to cover administrative costs.  Alumni have volunteered to host the group at different homes every month in the DC region.  Member hosts will facilitate the meeting with time for networking, check-in, offers and requests and small group discussions.  No business is too small or large to participate.
