The Wharton Club of the National Capital Region is pleased to announce the next meeting of our newest affinity group, the A.I. Affinity. This members-only group usually meets on the last Monday of each month at noon, and the format of the interactive discussion varies between hands-on demonstrations, group discussions, and occasional guest speakers. All club members are welcome, but there may be clear expectations for participation for select events.
The focus of our July 27 session will be AI Enterprise Adoption
In our last session, two WCNCR teams showcased their vibe-coded applications demonstrating how ideas can quickly be transformed into working prototypes. But building a prototype is only the beginning. How do organizations move successful AI pilots into production, scale them across the enterprise, and generate measurable business value?
This session will feature a peer-to-peer discussion in which members can share their experiences, successes, challenges, and lessons from adopting AI within their organizations.
Discussion Topics will include:
· Challenges in adopting AI across the enterprise
· Moving from prototypes and pilots to production
· Change management and driving user adoption
· Measuring value and determining ROI
Attendees will walk away with:
· Practical insights into how organizations can scale their AI ambitions
· A better understanding of the risks, common pitfalls, and success factors associated with enterprise AI adoption
We will share contact information about attendees and A.I. Affinity group members so they may connect post event.
