Keep an eye out! Our Annual Climate Change Conference will now be in February
Dr. Soumitra Das (WG’03), chair WCNCR Climate Change Affinity Group, is the convenor of the Climate Benefit Concert. In the meantime, we hope you will join this concert with Dr. Soumitra Das (WG’03), Chairman of the Healthy Climate Initiative.
Healthy Climate Initiative in collaboration with Bright Ice Initiative, Climate Foundation, Climformatics, Wharton Club of the National Capital Region, Indigenous People's Climate Justice Forum, and several other organizations is organizing the COP-related global climate benefit concert to raise awareness for a planet-cooling mission & reduce glacial melts in the Himalayas. This one-of-a-kind event will feature incredible performers from 12 countries representing every continent.
There will be online broadcasts of the concert starting November 5 through November 10, 2 hours each day. The concert will begin at 9:30 AM ET on November 5 and at 8:30 AM ET from November 6 to November 10. However, you can watch it anytime after the broadcast from the link at your convenience.
