As an employee-centered strategic leader focused on driving human resources (HR) to keep the heart beating strong, I offer targeted experience across diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), with a combination of expertise in employee engagement, talent acquisition, executive coaching, and organizational development. Throughout my career, I have helped organizations enhance results by driving, initiating, and delivering people-related change management programs focused on creating highly inclusive environments. I’ve also successfully partnered with executive leadership to drive change, serving as a bridge to translate company and financial needs while humanizing the employee experience.

My inclusive-centric though process have helped organizations and to driving content and experiences that is uplifting to a diverse population. Recognized as an empathetic, servant leader, I leverage my adaptability to strive with fast-paced environment while tackling situations from different perspectives and providing innovative solutions to challenges. I aim to improve overall success while leaving a lasting impact.

2022-2024: Created Anti-discrimination, bystander training, microaggression, microinequity, and microaffirmation engaging courses to create awareness and understanding how to respond in real-life situations and shift organization culture to pave the way to Employee Resource Groups.

2019-2022: Served on the Equity Work Group (~16 members nominated annually) at Communication Service for the Deaf

· Audit and create DEI centric policies

· Create, launch, and analyze DEI surveys

· Find speakers for unique content that aligned with engagement and spotlight months such as Women’s History, Neurodiveristy Awareness, AAPI, Pride, Gender Equality, ADA, Intersectionality, Psychological safety, etc.

· Plan and lead quarterly summits virtually and in person for learning and development topics

o Create theme and agendas

o Find speakers and facilitate information

o Run Zoom logistics if virtual

o Negotiate contracts, rooms, meals, and technology if at hotels

Diversity
I am a Deaf, Pansexual, Jewish Cisgender Woman and the first person at Wharton to graduate with an individualized concentration in Human Resource Management & Diversity. My background in finance, marketing, and human resources in the government, non-profit, retail, hospitality industry, and global risk industries allow me to provide a very unique perspective on entrepreneurship and executive leadership.

Vision
1. Engage and connect- help and create opportunities and events for networking, mentorship, collaboration, and more resource groups within the community (virtually and in person)

2. Learning and Development: both from a career standpoint and personal growth of our community on relevant topics that are inclusive. Making sure the events are inclusive before members sign up and after.

3. Impact: showcase how we elevate the community (collaborate with Gallaudet or local firms like PwC/Amazon and their DEI driven events)

4. DEIAB – DEI is not just performative- it’s also about accessibility and belonging through authenticity.
