Vision
My vision for the Wharton Club of the National Capitol Region is to promote an inclusive space where alumni can come together to discuss the major social and economic issues affecting business and how we as alumni can lead. Wharton is a powerful community and I’d like to help the club continue to leverage the unique backgrounds, skillsets and experiences of area alumni to create engaging programming.
Special Skills, Qualifications & Previous Board Experience
I am an engaged Wharton Club volunteer and serve as Co-Chair of the Women’s Affinity Group. I will bring a unique perspective to the Board as a recent graduate of the Class of 2020 and as a WEMBA. With a background in nonprofit fundraising, l bring experience with mission driven event planning, membership and recruitment, and board development. My previous volunteer leadership experience includes serving on the Wemba Student Advisory Council and as Chair of the Class Gift. I have experience working with nonprofit boards and, if elected, would look forward to gaining experience serving on a board.
