2025 Board Application

To qualify for Board nomination, you must be a member of the Wharton Club of the National Capital Region (WCNCR) in good standing.

WCNCR is accepting self-nominations for Board positions.  For those who are voted in as new Board members, Board Officer roles will be discussed and determined during the first official Board meeting held by the new Board.

Personal Statement

Please share what your vision is for what you would like to accomplish while on the board and any ideas you may have to better engage the Wharton Alumni Community in the Washington DC National Capital region. Summarize special skills and qualifications you have acquired from employment, previous volunteer work, board, or other activities, including hobbies, sports that could be beneficial to WCNCR. Please share any aspect of your background or experience that you feel might add to the composition or functionality of the WCNCR Board. 

 


As a 501c3 nonprofit organization WCNCR Board members must certify that they have never been charged or convicted of any felony, or a misdemeanor involving misapplication or misuse of funds of another and have been enjoined or prohibited by any court or governmental agency from soliciting contributions. I agree to notify the Board of any conviction of a crime or court action and certify that this application and any attachment are true and accurate. I have read, understood, and commit to the requirements of the position I am applying for.
