This interactive session, facilitated by Cheryl Green Rosario, Founder of CGR Consulting, a firm focused on diversity, equity and inclusion and philanthropy, will provide a better understanding of the concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion as well as take us through exercises to help recognize our unconscious biases, microaggressions and privilege and in doing so, create a more inclusive culture in our workplaces and beyond.

Through language, polling and breakout sessions, Cheryl will create an evening that will inform us, challenge us and create authentic conversations around these topics. For those who care about advancing equity and social justice personally, in your workplace, or simply want the tools to contribute to this very important social and cultural moment in our lives, this workshop will help you explore that framework and start the process of your diversity and inclusion journey.
